Letter to President Karol Nawrocki regarding the draft law implementing the Digital Services Act (DSA) in Poland

In connection with the ongoing legislative work on the government’s draft act amending the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and other legal acts, which will be considered by the Senate in the near future, we are requesting a meeting with President Karol Nawrocki.
