It’s been whole three years since Digital Services Act was adopted. But even though it became fully effective in February 2024, Poland has not yet implemented it.

In March 2024, the District Court in Warsaw ruled that Meta Ireland Inc. must restore the pages and content published by the Polish CSO, Civil Drug Policy Initiative (SIN), on Instagram and Facebook.

Poland is among the last EU member states to implement the Digital Service Act.
