Terms of Use

  1. These Terms of Use set forth the principles of using the website panoptykon.org (hereinafter: the website), i.e. a service rendered electronically by the admin of the website of Panoptykon Foundation (hereinafter: Foundation), having its registered seat in Warsaw at ul. Orzechowska 4/4, 02-068 Warsaw, entered in the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and public health care centres and in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS no. 0000327613, NIP: 525-24-61-157.
  2. In order to use the website it is necessary to have access to a device allowing to use the Internet and a web browser allowing to display websites.
  3. The Foundation uses its best efforts to ensure the proper operation of the website, however, it informs that in the event of failure, irrespective of the causes thereof, there is a possibility that the collected data may be lost or that data transfer to the website is interrupted.
  4. The Foundation reserves the right to shut down the website.
  5. The Foundation reserves the right to amend the terms of use. The Foundation will inform users and users of any significant changes. Changes become effective when they are published on the website.
  6. Any interruptions in the operation of the website may be reported via email (fundacja@panoptykon.org). Any reports shall be examined by the Foundation without delay within a period not exceeding 14 days. The Foundation reserves the possibility to leave a report unanswered, if it refers to a malfunctioning arising from being unaware of or a failure to adhere to the terms of use. Comments and questions about the website can be submitted via email (fundacja@panoptykon.org).
  7. The most important information concerning the personal data processing by the Panoptykon Foundation in connection with the use of the site, including information on cookies, is published in the Privacy Policy.
