Recently, Twitter International (now re-branded as “X”) began unlawfully using the personal data of more than 60 million users in the EU/EEA to train its AI technologies (like “Grok”) without their consent.

Following the adoption of the “Take Back Control. Ensure Security. Poland's Comprehensive and Responsible Migration Strategy for 2025-2030” document, we appealed to the Prime Minister to convene a roundtable with the participation of human rights organizations.

We, the undersigned non-governmental organisations in Poland and across Europe, are deeply alarmed by Poland’s declared intentions to suspend access to asylum, posing a significant threat to the fundamental rights of those seeking safety.
