In connection with the ongoing legislative work on the government’s draft act amending the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and other legal acts, which will be considered by the Senate in the near future, we are requesting a meeting with President Karol Nawrocki.

We express our deep concern regarding the European Union’s proposal to introduce the Digital Omnibus package, which is part of a broader program of digital rights deregulation.

Together with more than 50 civil society organizations and independent experts, the Open Markets Institute has signed a letter to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen urging a firm, decisive, and united response to the Trump administration’s escalating attacks on
