Today, our coalition is proud to welcome 10 new organisations in this litigation. We are now 25 asking for a ban of the CNAF’s scoring algorithm.

Together with 132 experts, we appealed to Ms. Marta Nawrocka to support and join efforts to implement the Digital Services Act in Poland.

In connection with the ongoing legislative work on the government’s draft act amending the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and other legal acts, which will be considered by the Senate in the near future, we are requesting a meeting with President Karol Nawrocki.

We express our deep concern regarding the European Union’s proposal to introduce the Digital Omnibus package, which is part of a broader program of digital rights deregulation.
